Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using ErX Optimizer, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

Non-acceptance

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the software or services.

Lifetime license

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use ErX Optimizer on a single machine.

One machine

One license = one machine. The key is cryptographically bound to your hardware on first activation.

No sharing

You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key.

Free updates

Your license carries over to all future versions — no re-purchase needed.

New machine

If you replace your hardware, contact [email protected] to transfer your license.

Verification

Transfers are handled manually and subject to verification. We reserve the right to limit transfer frequency.

Authorized systems

ErX Optimizer may only be used on Windows systems you own or have explicit permission to modify.

System changes

The software applies registry edits, service configuration, and power plan changes. You accept responsibility for these changes.

Administrator

Running as Administrator confirms you have the right to make system-level changes on that machine.

No reverse engineering

You may not decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from ErX Optimizer.

No unauthorized use

You may not use ErX Optimizer on machines you do not own or have permission to modify.

No redistribution

You may not create or distribute modified versions of ErX Optimizer.

Payment processors

Purchases are processed by Stripe or Lemon Squeezy. Prices are displayed at checkout.

No refunds

All sales are final once a license key has been activated, due to the digital nature of the product.

Support window

If your key has not been activated and you have a technical issue, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

As-is

ErX Optimizer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Results vary

We do not guarantee specific performance improvements. Results depend on your hardware and configuration.

Reversibility

Tweaks are reversible. However, we are not liable for data loss, system instability, or hardware damage.

Cap

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

Exclusions

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Free updates

Your license entitles you to all future updates at no additional cost.

Discontinuation

We reserve the right to discontinue the software with reasonable notice.

Server downtime

The activation server may be unavailable during maintenance. Already-activated licenses are unaffected.

Disputes

Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceeding.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes announced on erxoptimizer.com.
