ErX Optimizer respects your privacy. This document explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected. By using erxoptimizer.com or the ErX Optimizer application, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
Email address
Collected when you sign in via magic link. Used solely to identify your account and deliver your license key.
License key & hardware ID
On activation, your key is cryptographically bound to your machine's hardware ID (Windows Machine GUID). Stored on our server to prevent unauthorized sharing.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe or Lemon Squeezy. We do not store card details — only a transaction ID and your email from the payment provider.
Usage data
ErX Optimizer collects zero telemetry. The application runs entirely locally on your machine.
How We Use Your Data
License delivery
To display your license key in the dashboard.
Activation verification
To verify license validity when ErX contacts our activation server.
Transactional email
Sign-in links and purchase confirmations only. No marketing emails.
Fraud prevention
To enforce the one-license-per-machine policy.
Data Storage & Security
Encryption
Email addresses and license records are protected with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
Key protection
HMAC-SHA256 signed license keys with XOR-obfuscated storage — tamper-resistant by design.
No data selling
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties outside of payment processing.
Third-Party Services
Stripe
Processes card payments outside Russia/CIS. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com.
Lemon Squeezy
Processes alternative payments. Subject to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy at lemonsqueezy.com.
Resend
Delivers transactional emails. Your address is transmitted solely for this purpose.
Cookies & Sessions
Session cookie
A single encrypted session token to keep you signed in to the dashboard. Contains no personal information.
No tracking
No advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
Data Retention
Active accounts
Your account and license record are retained as long as your license is active.
Deletion request
Contact [email protected] to delete your account. Keys tied to deleted accounts will be deactivated.
Your Rights
Access
You have the right to access and receive a copy of your personal data.
Correction
You may request correction of inaccurate data.
Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time.
